SHANGHAI, April 2, 2024(ICCSZ) – OFC 2024 kicked off at the San Diego Convention Center in the United States from March 26th to March 28th, 2024 (US time). Xphor Ltd., the leading silicon photonics (SiP) chip company, exhibited series of SiP chip products at OFC 2024 which could be applied in AI clusters, cloud data centers, and autonomous driving, including:
- 400G DR4/800G DR8 Tx : Mass production chips could drive 4 channels with only one CW laser, be compatible with 8 channels using one CW laser , ensure highly reliable solid optical I/O, support DSP direct drive and LPO applications based on Xphor's ultralow insertion loss 100Gbps (per lane)technology platform.

- 800G 2×FR4 Tx : This chip integrates two low-insertion-loss Passive Mux on-chip, suitable for 800G WDM optical modules and data interconnects.
- 800G 2×FR4 Rx and 800G DR8 Rx : The 2×FR4 Rx SiP chip integrates high-speed PD and two high-performance Passive DeMux on-chip. Xphor's Rx series-chips are characterized with low PDL, low channel crosstalk, large bandwidth and high responsivity, which could be used for optical interconnects in data centers and computing centers.
- FMCW Lidar coherent receiving integrated chips with single-channel and multi-channel were also shown at OFC 2024, which can be used in autonomous driving, industrial inspection, and robotics.
- Xphor's 200G (per lane) series chips (800G and 1.6T Tx, Rx) and coherent integrated chips (400G and 800G ZR) will also be launched into the market in the near future.
