SHANGHAI, September 17, 2024 – CIOE 2024 was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center on September 11 in China. Xphor Ltd.,the leading silicon photonics (SiP) chip-design company ,exhibited series of SiP chips and Live Demo at CIOE 2024 with numerous partners interested from upstream and downstream supply chain.

The products at CIOE include:

• 400G DR4/800G DR8/1.6T DR8 Tx: Only 1 CW laser is needed to support 4 channels, supporting DSP direct drive and LPO.
• 800G/1.6T 2×FR4 Tx: Integrating on-chip MUX for WDM modules and data interconnect.
• 800G/1.6T 2×FR4 Rx and 800G DR8 Rx: Featuring low PDL, low channel crosstalk, high responsivity, large bandwidth.
• One-channel/Four-channel FMCW Lidar coherent Rx: High integration , high sensitivity, capable of providing high-precision point cloud detection for applications such as autonomous driving.

The Live Demo products include: 800G (4×200G) DR4 Tx, 800G OSFP DR8 Module (only 1 CW laser), 800G DR8 LPO (only 1 CW laser), 800G 2×FR4 Tx, and 800G 2×FR4 Rx.
